In this farm guide you will learn the best and most efficient routes to farm Death Blossom.
Death Blossom is found in all zones in the Shadowlands.
You can farm all herbs in Shadowlands with a skill of 1 or higher, but it is more efficient to farm it with a higher skill – the yield rate is much higher! If you have never gathered herbs before and want to know more about Shadowlands Herbalism, take a look at our herbalism leveling guide!
Tips for more comfortable herb farming
For faster gathering of herbs, you can put the enchantment Shadowlands Gathering on your gloves. This enchantment covers (for the first time) all farm professions at the same time and reduces the time needed to gather herbs.
With an item like the Spaten des Kräuterkundigen in your inventory (sold by distributor Au’til, who is on the left of the mining teacher in Oribos) you automatically have +10 more herbalism skill. This means a higher yield when gathering herbs at an earlier point.
Furthermore, it is a good idea to have a Comfortable riders barding for your mount. It is made by leatherworkers and prevents you from getting dazed while riding. A habit that many opponents in Shadowlands have and which can significantly increase farming time.
By the way: characters with tank specialization don’t need this equipment, they can’t be dazed anyway.
The Farm Routes and how to understand them
Basically the farm routes are kept quite simple – you can just follow them roughly. Especially in view of the fact that you can fly in Shadowlands sometime, they are not pixel exact, but bigger obstacles should not be in the way.
Red areas are areas where the enemy density is high. If you don’t feel like fighting, it’s best to avoid them and ride a bow around the area. Red areas with an exclamation mark in them are areas with enemies that can reveal stealth.
When it comes to Death Blossom, consider what other herb you want to gather and choose your zone accordingly.
Farming Death Blossom in Bastion
Bastion is by far the most pleasant area in Shadowlands to farm. Neutral enemies are widespread and dangerous zones are rare. So if you want to let your soul dangle while farming, this is the right place for you.
Farming Death Blossom in Ardenweald
Next to Bastion, Ardenweald is the second most beautiful area to farm. Most of the time you can enjoy your peace and quiet on the routes below. Red areas are rather unpleasant zones which you can and should avoid if you don’t want to get involved in a fight.
Farming Death Blossom in Revendreth
Revendreth may not be the most pleasant area to farm, but it is by far not the most unpleasant.
The routes can be followed individually or together. Between the routes there is a gate through which you can ride – then you are directly on the second route. The green route is much more pleasant from the opponent’s point of view.
Farming Death Blossom in Maldraxxus
This area is extremely dangerous, the opponents stand close together. In the area with the exclamation mark there are even enemies, which can reveal stealthiness. Definitely not an area to travel if you want to avoid fights.
